The campaign does not require any personal information to be divulged in order to use the web site. As the user, you can choose to share as little or as much information as you choose. Collection and Use of Your Personal Information

When signing up to our web site, the campaign may ask for your name, address, telephone number, and email address, as well as information about who may have referred you to the site. We use the information to send you updates and the latest news from Sean Duffy.

Financial Contributions

Federal law requires Duffy for Congress to use our best efforts to collect the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual who contributes in excess of $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals are prohibited. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal tax purposes.
